This process is done using aTV Flash (Black) 2.4. If you have the earlier version, as long as you have aTV Flash (Black). Your falling between the time that you have purchased you can update without problems.
Follow the steps:
1. Make sure your connected to internet
2. Scroll and Select Maintenance
3. Under Manage Extras Scroll Down
4. Select Click to Untether
5. Let it Load,
6. Once its done it will reload to main screen
