It\u2019s not quite clear what causes this issue, possibly sitting on the remote or pressing too many buttons at the same time, but it\u2019s extremely easy to fix this one.<\/p>\n<p><strong>REMOTE CONTROL NOT RESPONDING? OR SCREEN FROZEN?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>1<\/strong>: Press and hold both the \u201cMENU\u201d and \u201cLEFT\u201d buttons on the remote control at the same time for 45 seconds and then release. Make sure it\u2019s pointing at your Apple TV while doing this.<\/p>\n<p><strong>2<\/strong>: That\u2019s it, easy\u00a0wasn&#8217;t\u00a0it? You\u2019ll probably see a little remote control looking icon show up in the top left corner once it\u2019s working again.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Congratulations<\/strong>!
