The problem is related to something code related in XBMC itself, not a problem related to the addon\u2019s scripting. Basically Veetle changed the way their video stream renders, so we need to make a temporary correction within the XBMC file base to temporarily provide a fix and bring things back to normal. There should be updated coding in future versions of the addon or XBMC releases so that this is only considered to be a temporary fix used for the time being.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Veetle Patch will Temporary Fix The Issues<br \/>\n<\/strong>(<em>not working on all devices)<\/em><strong><br \/>\n<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Apple TV 2<\/em>\u00a0<em>Veetle Fix<\/em><\/strong><em><\/em><\/p>\n<blockquote><p><em><strong>Step<\/strong>\u00a0<strong>1<\/strong><\/em>: Download and Extract the\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.mediafire.com\/?dwzpn36eqhsue7p\" target=\"_blank\">ATV2 Fix<\/a>\u00a0file.<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>Step 2<\/strong><\/em>: Copy the File to the Following Directory on your Device: \/private\/var\/stash\/Applications\/XBMC.frappliance\/XBMCData\/XBMCHome\/system\/players\/dvdplayer<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p><strong><em>Apple TV 1 Veetle Fix<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<blockquote><p><strong><em>Step 1<\/em><\/strong>: Download and Extract the\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/rapidshare.com\/files\/3074703440\/avformat-52-x86-osx.zip\" target=\"_blank\">ATV1 Fix<\/a>\u00a0file.<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>Step 2<\/strong><\/em>: Close XBMC then Copy the File to the Following Directory on your Unit: Applications\/XBMC.app\/Contents\/Resources\/XBMC\/system\/players\/dvdplayer\/<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p><strong><em>Mac OS\/X Veetle Fix<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<blockquote><p><strong><em>Step 1<\/em><\/strong>: Download the\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/rapidshare.com\/files\/3074703440\/avformat-52-x86-osx.zip\" target=\"_blank\">Mac OS\/X Fix<\/a>\u00a0file.<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>Step 2<\/strong><\/em>: Go into the \u201cApplications\u201d folder.<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Step 3<\/em><\/strong>: Right Click on the XBMC icon and choose the \u201cShow Package Contents\u201d option.<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Step 4<\/em><\/strong>: Copy the Fix to the Following Folder: Resource\/XBMC\/System\/Players\/Dvdplayer<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p><em><strong>Windows Veetle Fix<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<blockquote><p><strong><em>Step 1<\/em><\/strong>: Shut Down XBMC.<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Step 2<\/em><\/strong>: Download the\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www44.zippyshare.com\/v\/22830226\/file.html\" target=\"_blank\">Windows Fix<\/a>\u00a0file.<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>Step 3<\/strong><\/em>: Copy the DLL file to the Following Directory: Program Files (x86)XBMCsystemplayersdvdplayer) or Program FilesXBMCsystemplayersdvdplayer<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>Step 4<\/strong><\/em>: Launch XBMC<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p><strong><em>XBOX Media Centre<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<blockquote><p><strong><em>Step 1<\/em><\/strong>: Download and Extract the\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www44.zippyshare.com\/v\/22830226\/file.html\" target=\"_blank\">XBOX Fix<\/a>\u00a0files.<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Step 2<\/em><\/strong>: Copy the appropriate DLL file to the Following Directory: \/Apps\/XBMC\/system\/players\/dvdplayer\/full<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Your Done!&#8230; <\/strong>\u00a0Now Enjoy Watching Your\u00a0Favorite\u00a0Shows on Veetle<\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Alot of our users have expressed that they are having trouble with the Veetle addon for little bit now.
