Sir, I had a sony LED TV model : KDL43W800D, As its mother board hanged I contacted sony service center but they were charging huge amount to replace full new mother board, so I contact some private person he assured me to get my TV ok he did it well but my model no got changed as seen on device info to KDL43W800C now as it’s all features were working nicely but application Netflix can’t be started as it shows error code so I tried everything to start by stopping it’s updates, again starting but not started, now kindly guide me how I could again could view Netflix as Netflix application in sony is inbuilt & it can’t be deleted so I could again download or something else way I could open this application, kindly reply me soon I am your subscriber, Thanks
The ( KDL43W800D is much better then KDL43W800C ) but I have to mention this Netflix is SD and the one that comes with TV is the HD so they are two different versions you don’t need to uninstall that version, you should be able to install it on the TV.
